Back in business!
I've been on a forced hiatus for a few weeks after an unfortunate accident rendered my oven useless. I'm finally up and running again and my husband, the professional chef, is banned from pushing my little stove/oven to it's brink - thank heavens for an extended warranty! Luckily, it was fixed just in time to make these creamsicle cupcakes for my orange-craving cousin's baby shower: vanilla cake filled with orange curd and topped with orange cream chese frosting. It's great to be back in the kitchen.
